Education
Kelsey attended Seattle University School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2015. While at Seattle University School of Law, Kelsey was a member of Seattle University's National Appellate Advocacy Competition Team, a semifinalist in the 2014 James E. Bond Moot Court Competition, and was the Lead Article Editor for the Seattle Journal of Environmental Law.
