Debra Dickerson

Professional Experience

Debra is an experienced civil defense litigator and has been actively practicing law in Washington State since 1997, after graduating from law school in 1990.  In April of 2012, she joined Preg O’Donnell and Gillett.  Debra’s focus is in the defense of individuals and companies in civil lawsuits.  Her practice includes premises liability, products liability, transportation, motor vehicle and all areas of insurance defense.  Prior to practicing in Washington, Debra was in house counsel at a national insurance company in Southern California.  She has significant experience working for a large railroad, defending claims brought under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA).  With her many years of experience, Debra brings outstanding service to the clients she represents.

Education

Debra attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1984.

She graduated from Whittier College School of Law, Costa Mesa, CA in 1990.
