David Cottnair

Professional Experience

Dave Cottnair's diverse practice includes the defense of individuals and companies in serious personal injury and property damage actions including worksite injuries, motor vehicle accidents, concert venue incidents, and allegedly defective products. Dave represents contractors in complex construction defect disputes. Dave's practice also includes insurance coverage and insurance coverage litigation. He has provided opinions and represented insurers in the areas of commercial liability, commercial property, and underinsured motorist coverage as well as potentially fraudulent claims. Although typically something bad has happened to bring them together Dave is enriched by the relationships he develops with clients and claims representatives.

Education

Dave attended the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration 1990, and then returned to earn his law degree in 1998.
