We’re proud to announce that two Preg O’Donnell Associates – Kelsey Norman and Monica Marks – won the Closing Argument competition in this year’s Washington Defense Trial Lawyers‘ prestigious Mock Trial Boot Camp.
Established in 1962, WTDL’s focus is “to foster efforts of Washington civil defense attorneys to embrace the highest professional standards of integrity, excellence, and commitment to a fair and just legal system.”
This year’s Boot Camp concluded WDTL’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Convention in Walla Walla. Before an audience of seasoned trial lawyers ready to pounce on any misstep, it featured 38 developing lawyers competing in 10 sessions ranging from Introduction to Trial to Closing Arguments.
In a congratulatory note to Norman and Marks she shared with everyone at POG, Partner Lori O’Toole wrote “we all knew you were champion civil defense attorneys, but now it’s official! The Partners appreciate the hard work you put into this program and your representation of POG in the civil defense community demonstrating our Firm’s core values of Excellence and Passion.”
