Masch and paralegal, Ashely (“AJ”) Talbot, after a 2-week jury trial in August of 2023, obtained a verdict wherein the jury reduced plaintiff’s request for $34,000,000, to $850,000. The case involved 4 defendants who were admittedly liable for 4 separate MVA’s over the course of 4 years, with a singled fault free plaintiff. The jury ultimately apportioned 40% of plaintiff’s damages to our client.
