On September 13, 2019, Preg O’Donnell & Gillett members Bennett Hansen and Justin Bolster achieved a complete defense verdict for their homeowner clients in a property damage case in King County Superior Court.  Plaintiff sought in excess of $600,000 for property damages allegedly resulting from a trespass by contractors hired by the homeowners.  After a month long trial, the jury found in favor of all defendants and did not award plaintiff any of their claimed damages.
