The partners of Preg, O’Donnell & Gillett are pleased to announce that William Cornell and Justin Bolster have been named partners to the firm. Each of these excellent lawyers bring unique perspectives and backgrounds to the partnership, and both share the same passion as the other partners of the firm for providing high quality legal service.
Mr. Cornell’s practice has included representation of owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and commercial landowners in all types of real estate, construction, and complex commercial matters, but he is also an experienced business attorney. He heads the firm’s corporate representation group which assists clients with entity formation, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and contract advice.
Mr. Bolster has extensive experience with employment law, and started his career defending businesses against claims of discrimination and in premises liability disputes. His practice has expanded to defending businesses and individuals in catastrophic personal injury cases, contract disputes, and construction defect claims. Justin also represents commercial clients in a variety of complex commercial matters including lease negotiations, breach of contract matters, and employment disputes.
