Preg, O’Donnell & Gillett is pleased to announce that Jennifer L. Clark has joined the firm’s Seattle office as an associate. She brings to the firm a background in employment and labor stemming from her work as an in-house strategic legal advisor to the Seattle Police Department while the Department was transitioning under a Department of Justice mandated Consent Decree. During her time at the Department, she handled employment and union related matters, such as EEOC complaints of discrimination, union grievances, handling complex Subpoena Duces Tecum and Public Records Act requests.
Before her experience at SPD, she worked for a short time at two local law firms handling sex abuse cases. Jennifer received her B.A. in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington in 2009 and her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 2014.
