Preg, O’Donnell & Gillett Members Mark O’Donnell, Lori O’Tool and David Poore will speak with a group of construction professionals, agents and risk managers at HUB International on March 29th, 2016 concerning various topics pertinent to those professionals regarding worksite safety and preventing worksite injuries. The presentation will focus on worksite safety from a safety consultant’s point of view, including a discussion on a general contractor’s non-delegable site safety responsibilities, avoiding WISHA violations, and how to allocate risk to subcontractors.
Mr. O’Donnell, Ms. O’Tool and Mr. Poore all have extensive experience in the representation of developers, general contractors and subcontractors on cases involving construction worksite injuries, construction safety issues, and construction defect claims. This will be the second time that they are presenting to HUB International, which is ranked among the largest insurance brokers worldwide.
