This event will provide two days of education and discussion on claims and litigation issues from a Northwest perspective.
Two Preg, O’Donnell & Gillett attorneys will be speaking at this event. Member Bennett Hansen will participate in the panel “Defending in Cases with Aggressive Claims and Unique Circumstances,” where a variety of techniques to handle difficult situations in litigation will be discussed.
Molly Kosten, Of Counsel with the firm, will participate in a panel discussing the potential pitfalls of defending cases where reservations of rights letters have been issued by insurance carriers.
