We are honored to announce that POG’s co-founder, Eric Gillett, has been selected as the Master of Ceremony for the King County Bar Foundation’s 16th annual Breakfast with Champions on March 29th. This is no small accomplishment as Eric is taking over the reins from retired Judge Charles Burdell, who has hosted many of the prior annual breakfasts. Over 1,000 lawyers will attend, and last year’s breakfast raised over $300,000. Consistent with our firms core value of “Service”, Eric has been a board member of the Bar Foundation for the last several years, and has worked tirelessly to advance the cause and mission of the Bar Foundation to support, develop and increase diversity and minority representation in the legal profession and to provide pro bono services to those in need. The bar foundation has offered considerable, and significant, financial support to minority law school students and to those in need of legal services since its inception.
Preg O’Donnell & Gillett remains committed to cultural diversity, a commitment which is reflected in our increasingly diverse workforce. Consistent with this core value of service, we are pleased that our lawyers are active in the minority, Asian and Vietnamese Bar Associations.
