Preg, O’Donnell & Gillett Member Lori O’Tool and Associate David Chawes will be speaking at the Seminar Group’s CLE on Worksite Accident Claims: Prevention, Occurrence & Resolution on November 17, 2015 at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Seattle. Ms. O’Tool is Program Chair for this event, and will also participate in a panel of experts on the topic of contractor responsibility after the case of Stute v. PBMC. Mr. Chawes will participate in a panel discussion of how to address WISHA violations.
