Preg, O’Donnell & Gillett is pleased to announce that attorney Molly Kosten has been hired into an Of Counsel position in the firm’s Seattle office effective June 24, 2015.
Molly is an experienced litigator who earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1995. Since then, her practice has focused on civil litigation defense, including defending personal injury, professional negligence, defamation, business disputes, and product liability claims. Molly has handled jury and bench trials in Washington’s Superior Courts and District Courts, and has also represented her clients in Washington’s Court of Appeals.
